"Tactical.” “Inspiring.” “Motivating.” “Thank you.”

These are just some of the things people have said to me after I’ve had the honor to address their conference, community or team.

Why? Because I deliver straight talk, actionable tools and enough research, inspiration and fun to get your team up, together and
walking their way to better.

For more than a decade, I’ve been speaking about two things: the importance of women taking care of themselves and the value of walking. Why? Because walking fuels productivity and performance. Because 73% of women experience loneliness but those who walk with their friends are 2.5 times less likely to be lonely. Because walking is the gateway to wellness.
